All children must be potty trained. Our classes are un-parented, so please make sure of this before purchasing.
Your 4-week trial
The 4-week New Member Special is $49.00 plus GST per child — $51.45 in total. It covers one class a week for 4 weeks in the tumbling or ninja class we agree with you.
We will contact you after your purchase to agree the class and the date of the first session. The 4 weeks run from that first class, not from the day you pay.
Purchasing does not reserve a specific class time. We confirm a suitable class with you after purchase.
If you do not want to continue
Submit the Member Cancellation form at premieracademy.ca/forms at least 2 business days before your last trial class. Nothing further is charged, and your athlete still finishes the 4 weeks you paid for.
What happens when the 4 weeks end
If you have not cancelled, your athlete is automatically transitioned to a full Premier Academy membership and receives all associated member benefits.
On that day we charge the card on file the annual membership fee of $34.99 — the membership year runs June to the end of May — and tuition for the rest of that month, pro-rated to the classes left in it, at the rate for your athlete's class and gym. Rates run from $74.50 to $94.50 per month and are shown on each class at premieracademy.ca/class-schedule.
After that, monthly fees are processed on the 25th of each month for the month ahead, to the card on file, until you update it or cancel.
Cancelling once you are a member
Submit the Member Cancellation form at premieracademy.ca/forms before the 23rd of the month. If it is submitted on or after the 23rd, the following month's payment is still processed and the end date is adjusted accordingly. There is no exit fee.
If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, a $25 late fee applies, and athletes cannot participate until payment is received in full.
14-day money-back guarantee
If your family honestly feels Premier Academy did not meet your expectations, notify us within 14 days of your first class and we will refund the class tuition paid in that time, including your $51.45 trial payment.
Claiming the refund also cancels the membership that would otherwise follow — there is nothing else to submit.
This guarantee covers both tumbling and ninja classes. Other refund policies apply to other programs.
Refunds and missed classes
Membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes. Make-up classes are available for up to one month after a missed class and must be booked in a class of the same level.
Waiver of liability and release
I acknowledge that participation in programs at Premier Academy involves physical activity that may include, but is not limited to, tumbling, stunting, trampoline use, and other activities involving height, motion, and physical exertion. I understand that while safety measures are in place, participation carries inherent risks of injury ranging from minor (such as bruises or sprains) to more serious or catastrophic injuries.
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for the participant listed above and release, waive, and discharge Premier Academy, its owners, directors, coaches, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in any Premier Academy program, except where such injury is caused by gross negligence as defined under applicable Alberta law.
I understand that this waiver must be completed and on file prior to participation in any Premier Academy program. Should I have any questions or concerns regarding the safety of my child or the intent of any program, I agree to contact a Premier Academy owner, manager, or instructor immediately.
